Launch of New Lecture Series

This month, we are launching our Lecture Series!

We are utilising the interdisciplinary world-leading expertise of our team along with exciting guest speakers to provide a central platform for learning, available to all.

What to expect?

We have a wide range of 20 speakers providing 30-40 minute lectures as part of our diverse lecture series. This includes our co-investigators across the hub, spanning academia, NHS and government. We also welcome a number of external guest speakers. Some examples of lecture topics include:

  • AMR in the environment

  • National and international surveillance platforms and data handling

  • Digital technologies for human health and public health, including digital inequalities

  • Diagnostics: sequencing and rapid tests

  • NHS data governance, Trusted Research Environments (TREs), security, privacy, ethics, and regulation

  • Implementation science and change management in health and social care

  • Advanced machine learning

  • Data visualisation and dashboards

  • Public awareness of AMR

These will be released on a weekly basis, starting in June/July 2024. Don’t miss these by ensuring you keep up to date with our Training section.
