R for AMR Epidemiologists

A new 3 day course (1 day introduction and 2 day advanced) is in development which will introduce you to data analysis using R and R Studio. You will learn how to manage projects in R Studio and to keep track of file versions, changes and to collaborate with GitHub.

By the end of the course you will be able to use R to analyse AMR data to:

  • Import and plot data

  • Calculate basic statistics

  • Create linear and logistic regression models

  • Use SQL queries to work with relational data within R

  • Develop skills in literate and reproducible analyses using Rmarkdown

A provisional time-frame has been set between 17-28th March. An Eventbrite link will be available closer to the time.
